Hi, my name is
Freshman at UMBC double-majoring in Computer Science (Game Development pathway) and Physics (Materials Science pathway). I build games, write code, and try to understand how the universe works — usually at the same time.
I'm a freshman at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where I'm pursuing a double major in Computer Science — following the Game Development pathway — and Physics with the Materials Science pathway.
I got into game development in high school through the Interactive Media: Gaming and Simulation program at the Center of Applied Technology South, where I later returned as a teaching assistant. Since then I've published a game on itch.io, won state and national recognition at SkillsUSA, and scripted data tools at the NSA.
Outside of class, I'm an active member of UMBC's Game Developers Club, where I team up with other students to build and show off games. I love the overlap between physics and games — engines are just really fast physics simulations with cooler particle effects.
